Sadaf Company produces industrial carbon black in two grades: hard and soft:
Hard Grade
ACTIVE CARBON BLACK (Hard Grades)
1-Gives high wear-resistance, high resistance to rupture, tear resistance to rubber, high dynamic hardness and elastic rebound to rubber, high durability, and low hysteresis 2-Widely used for producing: high quality, protecting rubbers and protecting stocks, transporter and conveyor belts, breaker rubber, technical seals, cable covers. It is also used for producing high quality rubber molded articles working in hard conditions.

SADAF products packaging
The produced carbon black in this factory, before packing and supplying to the market, is finally detected by magnet separator to be free from any metal particles. Product packaging, based on usual market practice and related customer’s instruction, is done in one of two following forms
Packing in double layer Kraft Paper-PE envelopes (20-25 kg)
Bulk jumbo packing-Double valve, PP-PE (850-1100 kg)
