Sanati Dode Fam Co., operating under Sadaf, is a subsidiary of Energy Gostar Sina Holding, affiliated with the Mostazafan Foundation of Islamic Revolution. Since its inception in 2012, the company has been dedicated to producing industrial carbon black in hard and soft varieties. As one of the foremost industrial carbon black producers, we take pride in leading the industry by adopting cutting-edge technology.

In pursuit of our organizational objectives and a commitment to excellence, our company has instituted an Integrated Management System (IMS) encompassing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management. This system aligns with the standards outlined in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Our overarching aim is to dominate the carbon black industry market, both domestically and regionally, by leveraging technological advancements to produce high-quality products that meet global standards. We remain steadfast in upholding our core values, which include promoting meritocracy, empowering our employees, respecting human dignity, fostering order, discipline, and accountability, prioritizing customer satisfaction, ensuring productivity and operational agility, safeguarding the environment, and engaging in constructive interactions with our stakeholders.

In adherence to these principles, we as a result of this, declare the following guidelines for our policy:

I emphasize that every employee in the company, being the organization’s most valuable asset, is required to comprehend and implement the principles outlined in this document in all of their tasks and endeavors.
